A German nurse serving a life sentence for murdering two of his patients is believed to have killed at least 86 people entrusted to his care, officials said, on Monday, in what they described as an imagination-defying series of crimes.

A man who claimed he was stabbed by a stranger because of his "neo-Nazi" haircut made up the story after accidentally cutting himself with a knife, police said.

Joshua Witt, 26, has now been arrested on false reporting charges after he admitted he lied to officers in Sheridan, Colorado, by alleging a black man had attacked him for having a haircut associated with white supremacists.

Charles Oputa, otherwise known as Charly Boy and his OurMumuDonDo group, on Monday, stormed the offices of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to demand fort the extradition of a former Minister of Petroleum, Mrs. Diezani Allison-Madueke from United Kingdom to face charges of corruption while she was in office.
