Alarming video shows biker riding motorcycle through lie-in protest


Demonstrators were sent fleeing and a motorcyclist was arrested after the biker roared through a lie-in protest in San Francisco on Wednesday.

Video shared by the activist group Senior and Disability Action shows dozens of people protesting against the Republican health-care bill lying and standing in the street outside the San Francisco Federal Building as part of a “die-in.”

Kano court refuses bail to 10 suspects accused of kidnapping


A Kano Chief Magistrate Court on Wednesday denied bail application to 10 suspects who allegedly conspired and kidnapped  two year-old Ali Dauda.

N50m church, residential buildings gone

The parishioners of the Watchman Catholic Charismatic Movement located at Number 32 Nteje Street, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State least expected that the church which they laboured to build to be bulldozed down. The same thing goes for owners and residents of a building and commercial building located within the area when the two buildings suffered same fate.

The buildings, which were not erected on the road, were demolished under the supervision of detachment of policemen from the state police command.
