The Economic Confidential, the award winning Economic Intelligence Magazine, has released its Annual States Viability Index ( ASVI) which shows that fourteen States are insolvent as their Internally Generated Revenues (IGR) in 2016 were far below 10% of their Federation Account Allocations (FAA) in the same year.

News broke in the Nigerian media that Pia Mia released a brand new single “I am a Fan” which is a complete rip off of Phyno’s 2016 song of the same title.
UI shut over students’ protest
The management of the University of Ibadan on Monday shut the institution and directed the students to vacate the campus on or before 6pm.

John Nwodo, the leader of Ohaneze, the pan-Igbo socio-cultural organisation has bared his mind on the proposed sit-at-home protest by Biafra separatist groups: the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB.
The IPOB group plans a sit-at-home protest in the south-east and south-south regions of the country on May 30 to coincide with the annual ‘Biafra Remembrance Day,’ as well as honour the memory of pro-Biafra activists killed by security agencies over the years.

A Nigerian model based in the United States of America, Nneoma Anosike, has filed an action against Wema Bank PLC before a Lagos Division of the Federal High Court for allegedly using her photos for commercial purposes without authorization.

Slot Driver Elopes With N5.95million Phones
