Youth Engagement In the Workplace - DocuSoft
According to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) ‘Learning to Work’ campaign throughout 2013. The campaign was designed to encourage businesses to mentor youngsters wherever possible to help improve their career prospects.

This makes the labour market itself more youthfriendly by offering a wider range of access routes into organisations and adapting recruitment methods.
Over the last few years, DocuSoft Nigeria Limited has engaged Youths and Young Adults in implementing our various projects, working as temporary employees, and trained in the area of Document Scanning Process, Document Shredding, Quality Assurance, Basic computer literacy roles.
DocuSoft Nigeria Limited ensures training of youths and young adults of working age on:
