In a newly released statement, ISIS took full responsibility for a
twin suicide bombing which rocked an Islamist military base at Tall
Al-Toukan in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
According to Amaq
Agency, two ISIS suicide bombers entered a Ahrar Al-Sham training camp
with explosive belts and motorcycle bombs, thus causing massive
devastation in the wake of the attack.
The ISIS-tied outlet said
50 Ahrar Al-Sham fighters were killed or injured. According to initial
reports, some 500 recruits were undergoing training at the base.

Hundreds of ISIS sleeper cells are reportedly active in Idlib province, constantly harassing rival jihadist factions.
