Arsene Wenger believes 18-year-old French prodigy Kylian Mbappe can be the next Pele, adding there are no limits to the teenager's ability.
The Monaco attacker sealed a transfer deadline day loan move to Paris Saint-Germain, with the option of the transfer becoming permanent for £162million.
Mbappe shot to prominence last season, scoring 26 goals in 44 appearances as Monaco clinched Ligue 1 glory and progressed to the Champions League semi-final.
His fine form had him linked with every major club in Europe - including Arsenal.
Speaking on French TV show Telefoot, Wenger said: "Mbappe could be (the next) Pele. There are no limits to how far he can go. I wanted him too, but €180m is too much for us."
